We want you to love your TidlyHome order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we're unable to accept returns.

EU Cooling-Off Period Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery — including opened or used items — without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this minimum requirement.

Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition (see EU Cooling-Off Period above for opened items within 14 days)
  • Item must be in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return Email us at support@tidlyhome.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • Reason for return

We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case TidlyHome covers the return shipping cost in full.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return you'll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately at support@tidlyhome.store with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after 30 days
