Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee of $4.95.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, email us at support@tidlyhome.store and we'll make it right — no questions asked. Defective items are returned free of charge.

Yes — every single product we sell is 100% BPA-free. Where applicable, all products are food-safe and certified to EU and US safety standards. We would never sell anything we wouldn't use in our own homes.
