Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. This applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers should note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
