30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@tidlyhome.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked. Just email us a photo of the damage and your order number.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the return shipping cost. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, TidlyHome covers all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
