Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and the use of this website are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising in connection with TidlyHome that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
Consumers in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
Consumer Rights
As a consumer purchasing from TidlyHome, you are entitled to the following rights under Danish and EU law:
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.
Returns: To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at support@tidlyhome.store before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty: All products sold by TidlyHome carry a minimum 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish consumer law (Købeloven). This covers manufacturing defects and faults present at the time of delivery.
Refunds: Once we have received your returned item and confirmed it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for your original purchase.
